- Six -

Defiled Sparkle

ice like
polished glass of
cat's eye marble

duckling steps
blundering feet
heavy brown skates

awkwardness ensues;
clumsy pigeon-feet scratches
tarnish once immaculate cold ice

almost a fall;
i flounder and clunk
to the nearest rink's edge

i halt further mutilation
i stop further profanity
to this ice, this slice of perfection

Hahaha<3 Totally love this one... I suppose I'm the main character in this poem. xp Yes, blundering, clumsy pigeon-feet tarnishing the ice.
"This slice of perfection" - I LOVE that. ,\
