Rain

Lift the curtain just a peek
See the nighttime blackness leak
Searching bright light, hard to seek
Hear the raindrops light and meek.

Feel the pitter-pattering beat,
ringing its triumphant feat
Over sunshine rays of heat...
Cold and darkness synced so sweet.

Touch the crystal beads of dew,
Falling from a sky of hues
Taste the nectar stars of blue -
Each pair dots two-by-two.

Because tears are rain so true
of which heartaches still ensue
Pleading painful knots undo
Endless memories of you.

oh my gooooossshhhhhhhh

i think this might be by far, my favorite one out of all the poems you've written. though i can't say that, cus each poem you write gets better and better.

the rhyme scheme in this is light but not cheesy/children's-poem-like.

it is the closest to perfection a poem can everrr getttt ohmaahahhhhhhhhhhh you don't even know how excited i am right now!!!!!!

i love this and you veryveryvery muchhh.
